As a Solutions Consultant with Sovos, you'll play a hands‑on role in bringing our software to life for clients navigating complex local compliance requirements across Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual project activities to ensure completion within defined timelines
• Apply product and functional knowledge to guide customers on best practices and ensure software meets local compliance requirements
• Support technical teams with troubleshooting based on your knowledge of the product and regulatory landscape
• Assist with light technical tasks such as PDF mapping adjustments to meet customer commitments
• Drive testing phases in line with customer needs and Sovos best practices
• Communicate clearly with internal and external project teams to keep implementation activities on track
