Junior Solution Architect

Job Summary

As part of the customer account team, a Junior Solution Architect at RedHat is a technical person who collaborates with customers and helps them to be successful by using RedHat products and services. The role is to understand customers’ challenges and requirements and to address them with RedHat technologies and solutions.

What you will do

• Participate in the FASTER Program, a 12‑month onboarding and development program designed to provide deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights.
• Gain hands‑on experience with RedHat's portfolio and contribute to real‑world customer solutions from day one.
• Learn all about RedHat and how we support our customers to address technical and strategic business challenges with our portfolio and services.
• Build a strong support network of peers, a manager, mentor and other RedHatters.
