ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare standard monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationsPerform reconciliations and basic analyses for balance sheet and P&L accountsSupport month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities in line with internal timetables and quality standardsPrepare reporting schedules and supporting documentationAssist with audit requests by providing required support and explanationsEscalate issues, differences, and process gaps to senior team members or the RTR ManagerParticipate in ad‑hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant general accounting experience (shared service or multinational environment is an advantage)Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedu...
