About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing project master plans and departmental timetables
  • Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Follow up on project timelines, deliverables and reporting tools
  • Assist in budget tracking and administrative follow-up
  • Support sponsor and stakeholder coordination when required
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, events or sales support (preferred)
  • Organizational and time‑management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
