Junior Production Engineer

Job Description

As a Junior Production Engineer , you will be responsible to sustain safe shift operations (zero LT), productive utilization of resources (People and Machinery), while adhering to and monitoring production plan.

This role reports to the Principal Engineer and oversees a team of Operators / Helpers / Packers.

What You Will Do

• Process – Post shift production & dispatches in SAP system, fulfill manpower requirements, achieve shift‑wise production targets regarding both quality and quantity, control product losses, write shift‑wise production report, mark attendance, review lab results and instruct operators, follow instructions from Divisional Head, ensure correct information on log sheets, write shift performance report in logbook, ensure materials and supplies are drawn from stores on time.
