Junior Patent Agent

What Drives Success Position Summary Draft and prosecute patent applications in accordance with U.S. and foreign patent laws and regulations. Assist with patentability searches and provide opinions on patentability and freedom-to-operate matters. Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and capture new inventions. Provide intellectual property support for commercial contracts. What We Are Looking For WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Requires bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Prefer experience as a Patent Agent, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
