The role will entail:

Handling client enquiries, calls and communications with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Manage diaries, travel, itineraries, international meeting arrangements and agendas.

Support pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions for international work.

Assist with organising internal and external events, training sessions and client briefings.

Monitor team inboxes, prepare draft responses and manage correspondence.

Provide cross-team support where needed and help balance workflow.
