• Supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of plant equipment
• Identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting with project work, upgrades, and equipment installations
• Working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
• Applying engineering principles to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
