Junior Marketing Data Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Marketing Data Analyst who will primarily support the team through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring while also assisting with operational marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Operations.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the Marketing team has accurate, organized, and actionable data to support business decisions. You'll monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards, identify trends, and provide insights that help optimize marketing efforts.

In addition, you'll support the team with operational marketing activities that keep campaigns and internal processes running efficiently.

This is an on-site position based in Surco, Lima , working closely with the Marketing team and leadership in the United States.
