Job Overview

WizzFinancial Group is seeking a skilled Junior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team based in Dubai . Reporting to the Head of Legal , CEO, and Directors, this role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated junior lawyer to gain substantial in-house experience within the FinTech industry .

This position is well-suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive in delivering legal support across multiple business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws , as well as DIFC/ADGM regulations and broader financial frameworks
