Junior Lead, Loans Digital Channel Management

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for optimizing relationships with external stakeholders including, but not limited to, RCBC, aggregators, and partners with respect to loans digital channel management.
• Executes sales and marketing campaigns to grow digital loans sales volume while aligning with organizational goals.
• Monitors, analyzes and continuously assesses the performance of partners and external stakeholders for improvement and growth.
• Explores more ways to add more value to the partnership overtime such as but not limited to the scope of collaboration, new initiatives, etc.
• Develops and implements initiatives to promote digital loan products such as but not limited to sales booth activities, sales promotional events, product orientation and roadshows.
