Accountabilities

• Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents (NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Service Agreements, etc).
• Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies and other authorities to protect the organization’s interests.
• Assist in providing corporate support to the group entities.
