About the Role
Responsibilities Manage IT assets (hardware & software) across full lifecycle: procurement support, inventory, assignment, maintenance, and disposal.
Support employee IT needs, including onboarding, offboarding, replacement, repair, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
Act as the main contact point for internal IT support requests and ensure timely resolution within defined service standards.
Handle and track support requests through internal systems, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Assist in user access management (account setup, permissions, deactivation).
Maintain accurate asset records, documentation and ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.
