Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, routers, etc.)
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and standard software
• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff (onsite/remote)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist in managing local network (LAN), Wi‑Fi, and internet connectivity
• Ensure basic system security (antivirus, updates, user access control)
• Perform routine system maintenance and backups
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track repairs and replacements
• Document issues, fixes, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair, replacement, or procurement

Requirements And Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not mandatory)
