Junior HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple client requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior recruitment agency / consultancy experience
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate management
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
• Visa: Spouse visa mandatory
