Junior HR Operations Analyst with Spanish/Portuguese

We are currently supporting our international client in expanding their HR Operations team and are looking for a Junior HR Operations Analyst to join on a contract basis. This role involves daily interaction with employees and providing operational support across key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  Handle employee, manager, and HR partner inquiries via the ticketing system (Workday/ServiceNow), using internal knowledge resources, procedures, and guidelines.
