Junior HR Generalist - Remote

Role Purpose
We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist with foundational experience in HR operations and exposure to North American HR practices. This role will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
