Junior Helpdesk Support Engineer (ERP) | Mandarin Speaker

We are looking for an ERP Helpdesk Support Engineer to join our client’s IT team. In this role, you will provide remote support for an in-house ERP system used by a multinational company with operations in China and the USA. You will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, assisting users, and ensuring smooth daily operations . You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues while delivering excellent customer service.
