About the Role
Our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry based in Kommetjie, Cape Town, is seeking a permanent HACCP Clerk to join their Quality Assurance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HACCP and food safety documentation, supporting quality assurance processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with internal and external food safety audits. Requirements
