Junior Flutter Developer/Sr. Flutter Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality cross platform mobile applications using Flutter

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and reusable Flutter widgets

• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage app state effectively

• Ensure app performance, stability, and scalability across Android and iOS

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams

• Debug, profile, and optimize application performance

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required

• Continuously improve mobile user experience for insurance journeys like quote generation, policy issuance, renewal, and claims.
