Facilities Project Management Coordinator

As a Facilities Project Management Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance across a network of Pepe Jeans stores, ensuring proper functioning of facilities and acting as a liaison between stores, suppliers, and the Store Design team. Manage store openings and closures, ensuring operational continuity and budget control.

Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance of 80 stores, offices and showrooms through digital platform, coordinating incidents and requests.
  • Act as communication bridge between stores and maintenance suppliers
  • Coordinate all services related to store closures and openings (installations, signage, furniture, technical services)
  • Prioritize and follow up on work orders based on urgency and business impact
  • Manage maintenance budgets and validate supplier invoices
