Junior Estimator

Position Summary

The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations, tenders and cost estimates for luxury retail maintenance, refurbishment and fit‑out projects across the UAE. This role plays a critical part in securing new projects while ensuring Beauvoir maintains healthy profit margins and delivers the premium quality expected by our clients. The role combines technical knowledge, commercial awareness and attention to detail to produce reliable estimates within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Cost Estimation

• Review architectural, MEP, structural and shop drawings.
• Analyse project specifications and scope of work.
• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
• Perform quantity take‑offs.
• Estimate labour, material, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns.
