About the Role
An advanced qualification and/or certification in Compliance will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the financial, regulatory or
compliance environment.
**Duties**:
submissions
which includes the monitoring and tracking of submissions of compulsory statutory returns
and reports for credit providers.
Monitoring non-compliance issues reported by credit providers.
In line with the NCA, ensure that enforcement steps are taken where non-compliance is
identified.
Monitoring compliance with the NCA and registration conditions by Alternative Dispute
Resolution Agents.
Reviewing compliance risk analysis, as well as quality assurance reviews on reports
submitted Compliance Officers.
Performing media report analysis for specified credit providers and present information to
management.
Preparing draft information/data requests as and when required by management.
