Bridge the communication between Japanese customers and the software development team in Vietnam:
o Study and accurately convey the domain knowledge to the software development team.

o Gather and accurately & completely convey the customer’s requirements and expectations to the development team.

o Promptly address questions and issues from both the development team and the customer, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
