Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist at Acquire Intelligence, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of the accounts payable function.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the finance team to manage supplier invoice processing, statement reconciliation, ATB review, vendor management, payments, and inquiries.
• Answer inquiries and verify/validate invoices.
• Process invoices and resolve issues with them.
• Prepare statement reconciliation.
• Review ATB and prepare/check payment proposals.
• Execute payment runs.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate.
• Awareness of AP tools and accounting systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
