Position OverviewWe are seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting operations for our Mexico plant.
This role will focus on transactional accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, and reconciliations) while also providing opportunities to assist with month-end close, reporting, and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Transactional Accounting
Process and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Maintain accounts receivable records, prepare customer statements, and support collections follow-up.
Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card statements.
Record general ledger journal entries in Epicor ERP.
