About the Role

The Judicial Frontline Specialist is responsible for monitoring and supporting all stages of the legal process related to unsecured portfolios, verifing timely and effective execution of judicial actions. The role includes the coordination and performance tracking of external legal partners and offices, as well as providing legal and administrative support to ensure compliance with internal policies and achievement of operational targets.

Main Accountabilities

  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of external law firms and legal partners against portfolio targets, ensuring the timely execution of legal actions and recovery strategies.
