About the role: The Maintenance Technician within the Technology and Solutions Department is responsible for on‑site maintenance of system software components and troubleshooting security system technologies and solutions. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise to ensure optimal system performance. The technician works closely with clients, maintenance integrators, team members, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
