            Job Description
Assist with the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
Help administer attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
