Jr. Finance Analyst (US taxation)

Overview

The finance analyst is responsible for preparation and filing of various tax returns. The candidate will process and reconcile tax related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual municipal tax returns
• Prepare weekly FICA deposit report and check requests
• Prepare quarterly FICA returns
• Prepare semi-weekly FET deposits
• Prepare quarterly FET returns
• Process wire transfer requests for tax payments
• Process journal entries
• Electronic filings of premium tax and assessments
• Copying, scanning & filing of premium tax returns
• Process check requests to CoreIntegra
• Process state income tax payments
• Mailing and filing of state income tax returns
