Jr Accountant

**What You Will Do**:
- Maintain regular communication with clients and establish and nurture client relationships
- Set up the company file in QuickBooks, including establishing the chart of accounts
- Create and review monthly/quarterly/annually profit and loss and balance sheet statements
- Enter monthly deposits, payments, payables, and receivables
- Enter monthly credit card transactions
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries and accruals
- Prepare and file clients’ annual business tax license renewals
- Prepare and file annual personal property tax statements
- Prepare financial reports in the firm’s format by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
