**Compensation**
+ Mechanic Pay: $37.00 – $41.00/hour (DOE)
+ CDL Premium: +$1.00/hour for CDL holders
+ Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for swing shift
+ Tool Allowance: $125.00/month
