Your new company Joiner working in the Public Sector based in Portadown. Your new role Deliver a high-quality, responsive joinery and maintenance service across Housing Executive properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and supporting organisational standards and values. Joinery & Maintenance Carry out joinery work including kitchens, doors, windows, flooring, fencing, roofing, plasterboard, and general repairs. Complete multi-skilled tasks outside core trade (e.g. basic plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting). Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently. Customer Service Provide excellent service and maintain positive tenant relationships. Arrange appointments and access with tenants. Prioritise safety, especially for vulnerable tenants. Performance & Reporting Accurately complete job records (paper/electronic). Meet productivity targets and deadlines. Identify improvements to working practices.
