Joiner Detailer / CNC Operator

Job Summary

Candidate must be able to produce accurate shop drawings, generate cutting lists, prepare nesting layouts, and run CNC machines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate shop drawings, assembly drawings and exploded views.
• Break down designs into individual components with correct dimensions and specs.
• Generate cutting lists and material usage reports.
• Create nesting layouts for efficient sheet optimisation.
• Program CNC files (G code, DXF, MPR, etc.).
• Operate CNC machines, including setup, tool loading and test runs.
• Perform quality checks before releasing items to production.
• Troubleshoot CNC issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and carpenters.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a UAE joinery or fit‑out factory.
