About the Role
Detail:
Manage a debtor's book of approximately R5 million
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain strong debtor relationships
Ensure customer orders are released within agreed credit terms
Maintain and reconcile the age analysis
Manage a large portfolio of COD customers (approximately 50% of sales)
Process new credit applications, including credit bureau checks, trade reference checks and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
Process credit notes accurately and timeously
Assist with invoicing when required
Update daily cash flow reports
Prepare and submit weekly debtor reports to management Minimum 5 years' Credit Control experience
Previous experience managing a debtor's book
