Job Coach - SEND

About the role

We are looking for a committed and practical Job Coach (SEND) to support learners with additional needs to move confidently into the workplace and progress towards employment.

This is a hands‑on role working directly with learners and employers – helping young people prepare for work, succeed in placements, and build the skills, confidence and independence they need for the next stage of their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting learners to prepare for work, including CVs, interview preparation, travel training and workplace visits
• Matching learners to suitable placements through job analysis and employer engagement
• Providing in‑work support, mentoring and confidence‑building during placements
