Java Integration Engineer

We are partnering with a leading New Zealand financial services organisation and an enterprise integration consultancy to support a critical modernisation initiative. We are seeking a Senior Java Integration Specialist for a long-term contract to lead the migration and decommissioning of a legacy data transformation engine into a modern, high-performance Java / Spring Boot microservices architecture.

This is not a legacy maintenance job. Your mission is to reverse-engineer old proprietary data mappings, extract the core business logic, and rebuild them from scratch using modern enterprise integration patterns.
