• This role combines hands-on janitorial duties with supervisory responsibilities , ensuring all cleaning services are performed in accordance with contract requirements.
• The Role As a Janitorial Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing janitorial staff while also actively performing cleaning duties.
• You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain cleanliness standards, and support the team by working alongside them when needed.
