Janitor

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of all areas including restrooms, hallways, offices, and common spaces.
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash, replace garbage liners, and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed.
• Restroom Maintenance: Stock and clean restroom supplies, sanitize sinks, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Floor Care: Clean and maintain floors through vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and buffing, ensuring safe, clean surfaces.
• Facility Upkeep: Conduct minor repairs or report maintenance issues, such as broken lights or leaks, and assist with equipment and furniture arrangements when needed.

Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and handling cleaning equipment.
