Summary: As a Supervisor, Jack and Bore, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of railway Jack and Bore operations, including project execution, crew supervision, safety compliance, equipment utilization, production efficiency, and customer coordination. This role provides direct leadership to field crews (Foreman, Operators, Welders, and Laborers) performing underground railway crossing installations, casing pipe installations, utility crossings, and related civil and rail infrastructure activities within active railway environments.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working within Class 1 railway operating environments (minimum 10-15 years) and must demonstrate advanced knowledge of railway safety requirements, engineering standards, track protection protocols, underground utility installations, and heavy civil construction practices.
