Italian Customer Support Specialist - Onsite

Outsource-X South Africa is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients. You'll manage inquiries and support clients in a dynamic, multinational environment with a strong emphasis on team well-being.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of customer support experience and be fluent in Italian and English. The position requires in-office work in Somerset West, Western Cape, with shift rotations from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday.
