About the Role

            Job Description  Implement work plans and programmes related to providing technical and IT support services to users of desktop devices (computers, telephones, printers, scanners) and assist them in operating these devices effectively. 
Monitor the implementation of operational plans and resolve routine and emergency technical issues related to desktop devices and all systems and applications in line with business requirements. 
Monitor and perform system and software control processes, oversee the functioning of devices and peripherals, and install software to ensure continuous and effective operation. 
Respond promptly to users’ needs regarding desktop devices within the SLC and follow up on the Help Desk system to ensure the effective provision of appropriate support services.
