Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting - Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity. This includes diagnosing problems, guiding users through solutions, or escalating issues to higher level support when necessary.
  • Help Desk ticketing - Prioritize support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that user issues are resolved within established service level agreements.
  • Daily Backup and IT Infra Monitoring - Responsible for the daily backup and monitoring of Data Centers and IT infrastructure.
  • Responsible for monitoring alerts as well as handling email follow ups with TELCOS and other vendor technical support.
  • Performs general preventive maintenance task on PC, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
