Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT and desktop support to users, System setup and patch management, end-user support and office equipment setup and troubleshooting.Provide first line IT support service and ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service targetsPerform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent3 years of experience in IT support, IT officer, or similar roleWilling and capable to learn new technology Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.Proactive attitude on troubleshooting and problem-solvingGood command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
