Responsibilities
Provide IT technical support to end users Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance Manage server administrations works such as Window AD Server, ERP Server, Antivirus, periodic backup and so on Monitor the integrity and security of the network and infrastructure Provide ERP and POS system administration, training & support Develop various reports (Crystal Reports) Prepare / Generate management reports from IT systems Assist in ad-hoc projects as required Requirements
