IT Systems & Automation Specialist

Salary: £32,000 - 42,000 per year

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, IT security, automation, software support or a similar technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience setting up and managing Windows computers, users, devices and permissions.
• Understanding of cyber security best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, backups and access control.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email and login issues in a calm and practical way.
• Experience with automation platforms, scripting, APIs, reporting tools, databases, AI tools or web-based business applications would be advantageous.
• Ability to understand how people work and suggest technology improvements that are actually useful.
