JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Systems Analyst (Lead) leads a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully. He/She together with the team functionally design, implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. They analyze and validate test scenarios for the QA and develop specifications and requirements for software developers to follow.
