We've partnered with an innovative and international company that is now looking for an IT Support Specialist to strengthen their internal technical support team. This role focuses on Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and offers the opportunity to work within a motivated and forward-thinking team.

Your main task:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for internal IT issues, ensuring accurate documentation, analysis, and escalation of technical requests
  • Provide hands-on support and maintenance for user accounts, workplace devices, and a range of office software
  • Help streamline and automate service desk operations and ensure smooth IT infrastructure performance
