About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to customers.
- Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs and laptops.
- Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain servers and NAS.
- Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices (router, switch, WiFi).
- Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and peripheral devices.
- Assist in server, network, and VPN configuration.
- Support cloud and VPS connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform system installation, migration, and basic maintenance.
- Monitor and follow up customer support cases.
- Prepare simple documentation and update job status.
