IT Support Specialist – Industrial Sector

Our client is a Sharjah-based industrial manufacturer using advanced software and hardware systems in operations and logistics. They require on-site technical support to ensure smooth functioning.

Your Role

You will handle day-to-day IT operations support across departments, troubleshooting both standard and machine-connected devices.

Your Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktops, printers, and ERP terminals
• Monitor and assist with local servers and storage systems
• Liaise with vendors for hardware repairs and licensing
• Maintain user access and enforce IT policies

Your Profile

• 3+ years in IT support, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
• Experience with Windows Server, LAN/WAN
